With deep expertise in ITSM, SIAM, and Client management, Nedal helps clients maximize the value of outsourcing by improving service integration, reducing costs, and driving measurable business outcomes.

With a background spanning Architecture, Project Management, and Program Management across both the private and public sectors, Mike brings a wealth of experience in leading complex service delivery initiatives. He has successfully developed and managed RFP processes to engage service providers, overseen the onboarding of partners, and ensured accountability in managing their performance.
With his experience with ITSM, SIAM and hands on delivery of IT services, Mike understands the challenges organizations face in coordinating multiple vendors and has built a proven track record of helping teams align governance, frameworks, and outcomes to deliver real business value.

Michael Romano
Consultant
Having worked in the outsourcing industry for well over 10 years with reputable service providers such as CGI and IBM Global Services, Michael has developed a specialized skillset and expertise with many strategic facets of outsourcing including contractual considerations, Service Level Agreements, the due diligence process, negotiations, transition management, employee and asset transfers, and leveraging true partnerships for success.
All said, the expertise contributes to the ultimate business outcome, in many cases the reduction of peripheral and "non-core" business expenses, improving company focus, gaining access to world-class capabilities, freeing internal resources for core tasks while mitigating risks.
